• Chemical Nickel Plating: it allows the application of a uniform layer of nickel which provides increased resistance to wear and corrosion.
  
  
• Micro shot-peening: made in three categories, namely graninox, with corundum crystals or with ceramic balls, it prepares the surface for subsequent coatings to allow more uniformity and anchoring.
  
  
• Anti-Friction Treatment: made with anti-friction nickel, characterized by a special sealant, reducing the level of friction of the surface increasing, at the same time, its resistance to corrosion.
  
  
• Anti-Corrosion Treatment: applied through the grafting of R68, R80, R100 and Q100 sealants as appropriate, it is used to reduce to zero the porosity of the metal and make it immune to corrosion against aggressive agents of the specific environment.
  
  
• Heat Treatment: based on processing the chemical nickel layer at a high temperature, it allows the transition of the element from α-nickel to β-nickel form, hence the doubling of the superficial hardness.
